CM Uddhav Thackeray addresses Maharashtra citizens through video conferencing

Maharashtra Chief Minister addressed the State citizens through video conferencing to discuss coronavirus situations in the State. In the video, the CM urged people to wear a mask at all times when they are in public places and maintain social distancing wherever possible as a precaution to Coronavirus pandemic.

The Chief Minister spoke in Marathi and touched on the subject of the political crisis that’s been surrounding Shiv Sena and Maharashtra for the past few weeks but he decided to not jump on that as he said he will face the political wind after they get the coronavirus situation in the State under control. He also said that ‘people should not take my silence as a weakness because I have an answer for everything, for every effort that has been made to smear Maharashtra’s name and I will answer everything at a due time’

The Maharashtra government has started a campaign “My family-My responsibility” to fight the COVID-19 pandemic. He also said that though the government is trying their best to get the normal life get going, the pandemic has not ended yet and people have the support of the State government, whenever needed.

Maharashtra is the worst affected State and topping the chart for the number of coronavirus cases in the whole country right now.
